Yes, no, maybe. Working with me we will not focus on weight loss goals, check out IE vs Diets for more info on why we don't focus on weight. We will focus on implementing healthy behaviors, intuitive eating skills, and promoting a healthy relationship between food and your body to find where your body's most healthy weight lands! This means you may lose weight, may gain, and may stay the same. This does not mean I am against weight loss, but we see it as neutral in the Freely Fed space as it is not a behavior.
